What are the gym's opening hours?

Monday to Friday from 6am to 9pm and Saturday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm.

What membership options do you offer?

We have a variety of membership options to fit different needs:

Can you access the gym without a membership?

Not at this current time. Our memberships start at £15/month for gym access, which allows you to access the downstairs gym area during opening hours.

DO YOU OFFER KIDS CLASSES?

Yes, we offer weekly classes in Kids MMA, Grappling, and Jiu-jitsu.
